The job market feels more like a maze than a pathway right now

We recently read an article in The Atlantic (“The Job Market Is Hell”) that captures perfectly what many candidates feel right now:

Hundreds of tailored applications… and silence.

Résumés written with ChatGPT… filtered out by AI screening tools.

Even interviews handled by chatbots instead of people.

The result? A cycle where candidates feel invisible, and employers struggle to find the right fit among thousands of applications.

💬 Our take:

AI can be a powerful tool — but it should support, not replace, the human side of hiring. Behind every CV is a story, a journey, and a person with real potential. That’s why we believe in combining technology with empathy, feedback, and transparency.

Networking and referrals help, yes — but they shouldn’t be the only way to break through. Every candidate deserves a fair shot at being seen.

👉 We’d love to hear your experiences:

If you’re a job seeker, how has AI shaped your search?

If you’re an employer, what balance have you found between tech and human connection in recruitment?
